Scope of Services: Excellentia SCM provides professional procurement and supply chain training, capacity development programs, and approved study/exam centre facilitation.
Enrolment & Admission: Admission to specific batches or exam series is confirmed only upon submission of completed registration forms and receipt of required fees. Excellentia SCM reserves the right to decline or reschedule admissions based on seat capacity.
Fee Payment & Refunds: All tuition and administrative fees must be cleared prior to course commencement or the stated payment deadline. Course cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds are governed strictly by the Excellentia SCM Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Third-Party Body Rules (CIPS): Candidates registering for external professional qualifications are independently responsible for maintaining their professional memberships and complying with the relevant awarding body’s code of ethics, exam regulations, and policies.
Intellectual Property: All training materials, curriculum handouts, slide decks, and website content provided by Excellentia SCM are the exclusive intellectual property of the institution or licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or commercial distribution is prohibited.
Code of Conduct: Students and participants are expected to maintain professional conduct across physical and virtual learning environments. Excellentia SCM reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student engaging in academic misconduct, harassment, or disruptions.
Limitation of Liability: While we ensure top academic standards, Excellentia SCM does not guarantee specific exam outcomes, career promotions, or job placements. Excellentia SCM is not liable for indirect or consequential disruptions caused by technical failures or force majeure events.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka.
